06.06.09: Jackie Long Memorial 5k

The second of the EBS Quad series, this is one of my favorites. Like two years ago, the course starts east, then reverses itself and heads west, then back east to the finish, allowing me to shoot the runners three times (at the gun, going west, then finishing). The only downside is that I'm shooting into the sun at #2, so the faces are in shadow (which often requires Photoshop work).

Chad Newton & Kelsey Armstrong have made it a clean sweep for the top spot In J. Smyth's Quad Run Series so far, with Andrew Press & Haley Moody the second-place finishers.
