10.26.08: Halloween Howl for Law Enforcement K-9's 10k & 1-Mile Pet Walk

One of my favorite races. So much to like - perfect weather, many volunteers were in costume (the whole finish line crew, though Dan Julian didn't wear his mask except for the photos), the dog costume contest, the cause being supported (helping buy & train police dogs), and attendance that was about double what Jeff Charlton was hoping for.

Andy Baksa won the men's race and Paula Baldasano took home the top prize on the women's side. On the team front KPD got the biggest team award and All Kreatures got fastest team.
